How Long Delivery will Take

At Flokatirugs.com, most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
Please take into consideration the following factors in regard to time of delivery:

Your credit card will have to be approved before we can process your order.
Excluding national holidays, all deliveries are made only Monday through Friday.
Please allow 3-7 business days for UPS ground delivery.
Shipping distance from Colorado may affect your actual delivery time.
If you are at a remote address your order may take additional days to deliver.
If you have order a custom flokati, your order may take up to 3 weeks plus extra time for delivery.

International Orders ( Outside U.S.A. )

We currently ship all over the world. Please contact one of our sales associates at 1(303) 329-8400 or e-mail us at sales@flokatirugs.com so a sales associate can assists you with your order. The following shipping charge table does not apply to international orders. Our sales associate will e-mail you once shipping fees have been determined.

Fee Structure for Ground Shipping and Handling

Our orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground unless you are an international order or Hawaii and Alaska. If you wish to have your order shipped with another carrier please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will process within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) (custom orders 3 weeks)excluding holidays after you have placed your order . Your shipping cost will depend upon your order total. (Please ).

Rush Delivery ( Overnight and Second-Day Air )
